December, already

Hard to believe, but today is the first of December, which means that Christmas is approaching at a relentless pace. But don’t worry, we’ve got everything in-hand here at Southbourne Farm Shop. To make things easy for your festive meal this year, we have started taking Christmas food orders, which means we can prepare a lovely box for you filled with delicious goodies – to be collected on a day convenient to you. Fresh poultry, meat, vegetables, bread, cakes and any other groceries can be pre-ordered.

We also have lots of gift ideas here at the shop, including olive wood and ceramic homeware (our ceramic brie bakers and olive wood rustic bowls are extremely popular), a selection of wines and local ales and spirits, and we can also put together a gift hamper filled with local produce.

Gift hampers are available in various sizes and prices

Our Christmas trees have been delivered and are now available, in various sizes for £45. We can help you choose your tree – it’s a big decision not to be taken lightly!

Waiting to be re-homed

Our locally-made Christmas wreaths are also now in stock – perfect to make your front door all Christmassy!

Christmas wreaths now available

We are open every day up to Christmas, including Christmas Eve. Between Christmas and New Year we will be open on reduced hours, which will be advertised on our homepage closer to Christmas.

Thank you to all our customers who have chosen to shop with us through 2016, we really appreciate it!

Introducing our newest loaf!

We are very excited to announce that (after much public demand!) we are now able to offer a loaf that does not contain gluten in the recipe, handmade in our artisan bakery on-site. Our hearty flavoursome new loaf is made with a blend of three gluten-free flours and a healthy five-seed mix. This delicious offering will be available to buy on Fridays and Saturdays, alongside our usual range of handmade artisan bread.

Please note: The flours used in this product do not contain gluten. However, this bread is made in a bakery where we also use ingredients containing gluten.
