As the farm shop turns 30 years old this year, we celebrated with a staff party at The Pavilion tea rooms at Stansted Park. Besides a delicious hog roast, we also had a staggeringly brilliant sponge cake made in the shape of the farm shop. It certainly looked too good to eat, but nevertheless we sliced into the farm as we celebrated the Anniversary into the late evening.
The cake was made by Blossom & Crumb (and tasted delicious, I should add). This week’s Chichester Observer will have more details on the farm’s 30 year history, out this Thursday.
