Ingredients: Two baking potatoes / One Elephant Garlic/ 2 oz butter / parmesan cheese / pepper / 1 tbsp finely chopped onion / 1 tbsp yogurt / paprika
Method: Bake two potatoes and also one whole Elephant Garlic wrapped in foil. Once cooked, slit open the potatoes and remove potato from skins.
In a bowl, mix/mash the potato with the garlic, 2 oz butter, some parmesan cheese, a dash of pepper, 1 tbsp finely chopped onion, and 1 tbsp of yogurt.
Mix well, and then return mixture to the potato skins. Sprinkle with paprika and brown in the oven under grill.
